Catipack

Website for packaging producer

This project concerned designing a new website, www.catipack.pl, for packaging manufacturer. I conducted an audit of the previous website using cognitive walkthrough and heuristic analysis methods. This audit identified the need to design a new webiste, implementation of UX/UI standards, and SEO optimization.

As the UX Designer, my responsibilities included:

  • preparing UX/UI guidelines in compliance with AAA WCAG standards

  • developing a creative design tailored to the premium product offering

  • establishing consistent product naming

  • designing an intuitive information architecture and user flows

  • preparing a cohesive style guide aligned with the brand's updated visual identity

  • writing compelling copy with a storytelling approach

  • managing the project from concept to execution

  • supervising the website's development and implementation

  • creating an effective SEO/SEM strategy

 

This comprehensive approach ensured user-centered website that supports the brand's premium positioning and business goals.

Better

The restaurant application

This project concentrates on designing a restaurant app BETTER that makes user satisfied with a sense of confidence they ordered healthy and sustainable food which is good for them and for the planet.  As a result, it makes life BETTER.

I observed 3 main facts:
  • 55% Poles want to eat healthy
  • 67% try positively impact on environment
  • a shortage of information in leading food delivery applications if food is healthy and sustainable

I designed delivery food application that enables users to eat healthy with minimal impact on environment:
  • healthy = full of nutritional values, composed by dietetics
  • sustainable = low carbn footprint, biodegradable packs

To explore this problem, I followed Design Thinking methodology. After conducting desk & field research, I verified my hypothesis in 2 usability studies. Besides my initial hypothesis checked out, a lot of new insights were discovered regarding healthy meal in user’s mind, as well as sustainability.

Your secondary school

Website for finding schools

This project concentrates on designing a responsive website www.twojaszkolasrednia.pl that makes users satisfied with finding secondary school in Warsaw  the best fitted their needs and manageable to get. Consequently, making the right decision provides a sense of certainty and seems to hit the jackpot.

I observed 3 main facts:
  • high competition among pupils taking exam to secondary school in Warsaw (28k pass exam yearly)
  • the choice is very difficult due to the large amount of instititions (301) and scattered information
  • none of existing websites for finding secondary schools answer needs to choice the best school for user

I designed website  www.twojaszkolasrednia.pl that enables users to find appriopriate secondary school due to:
  • useful guide with step-by-step information 
  • tailor-made searching schools engine  

To explore this problem, I followed Design Thinking methodology. After conducting desk & field research, I verified my hypothesis in 2 usability studies. Besides my initial hypothesis checked out, a lot of new insights were discovered.
